Explicitly enable IPV6_V6ONLY.

It defaults to off on Linux and on on BSD.  Except when it doesn't.

I'd vote for disabling it instead.  But:  OpenBSD doesn't allow this
since is so utterly insecure... dude... just get off my lawn.
